Die R\u00e4blichter-Umz\u00fcge haben in der Schweiz eine lange Tradition, welche bis in die Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts zur\u00fcckreicht. Die Umz\u00fcge, bei denen gesungen wird, finden jeweils im November statt und urspr\u00fcnglich wurde mit ihnen der Abschluss des Einbringens der letzten Feldfr\u00fcchte im November gefeiert. Der Phantasie und der Kreativit\u00e4t sind allerding kaum Grenzen gesetzt.<\/p>\n<p>Wir waren mit unseren Kindern mehrere Jahre an solchen Umz\u00fcgen dabei und wurden mit dem Schnitzen von Jahr zu Jahr etwas mutiger. Je nach dem durften die Jungs sich auch ein Motiv w\u00fcnschen. Im Internet bei der Bildersuche einfach den gew\u00fcnschten Begriff eingeben und mit dem Begriff \u201cStencil\u201d oder \u201cSchablone\u201d erg\u00e4nzen und schon hat man eine brauchbare Vorlage.<\/p>\n<p>Soll das R\u00e4bliechtli \u00fcber l\u00e4ngere Zeit sch\u00f6n bleiben, die R\u00fcbe jeweils tags\u00fcber draussen in einem Eimer mit Wasser aufbewahren.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00fcben waren im Mittelalter ein wichtiges Grundnahrungsmittel. Heute hat die R\u00e4be ihre Bedeutung als Grundnahrungsmittel zwar verloren aber aus dem Aush\u00f6hl-Material l\u00e4sst sich ohne grossen Aufwand ein leckeres Gericht zubereiten:<\/p>\n<p>R\u00fcben in einem Topf geben und mit kaltem Wasser \u00fcbergiessen. 1 TL Salz dar\u00fcber streuen. Wasser zum Kochen bringen, dann Hitze reduzieren und die R\u00fcben etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen bis sie weich sind. Wasser abgiessen, Butter, Frisch gemahlenen Pfeffer und Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche zugeben und das Ganze sodann mit einem Kartoffel-Stampfer zu Mus verarbeiten. Abschmecken und Servieren.
