In unserem Garten steht ein Quittenbaum und der hat uns fr\u00fcher kiloweise Fr\u00fcchte beschert. Nun ist es damit leider vorbei und er fristet sein trauriges Dasein in unserem Garten nur noch, weil sich unsere Kinder stark dagegen wehren, dass wir ihn f\u00e4llen. Fr\u00fcchte mit einem scharfen Messer vierteln. Fliege, Stielansatz und Kerngeh\u00e4use entfernen. In W\u00fcrfel schneiden und in das Glas geben. M\u00f6glichst rasch mit Wodka und Zucker \u00fcbergiessen.
